Girl From The Woods [RR] is hoping to hold either an Easter Egg Hunt or Hide & Seek event Saturday 11th August, probably about 17:45 GMT at the CASH hall Trade Fair.
If you wish to donate more items or cash for the prize fund then pls contact Girl From The Woods or me, Hemo. All donations greatly appreciated.
GFTW will need helpers for the event who are capable of meeting her Saturday to plan it and who are also capable of running a map to plant items or hide. She needs the helpers so that event teams can enter simultaneously rather than one at a time with GFTW.
If you are free Saturday and would like to help out we'll try to get it organised Saturday before the Trade Fair starts
